SUMARY


The research on "indicators of risk
of disorders of eating behaviors among students of higher
private education institute technological Maria Montessori in the
period 2011" presented as a
study variable: eating disorders,
for data collection it has been utilized as instrument the survey
As general objective of the research we have proposed:
to identify eating
disorders in students of higher private education institute technological Maria Montessori in the
period 2011, which responds to
the following general hypothesis:
given that eating disorders are a
problem latent nowadays, it’s likely that 50% of
students in higher education institute
Maria Montessori private
technology are at risk of such problems in their body
This research was done among students in
nursing specialty of afternoon
shift Semester VI of the sections A, B,
D, and E with a total of 118 students surveyed, the results were processed
and plotted digitally through the SPSS program, coming to the conclusion that the vast majority of students are at risk of developing an eating disorder because they don’t go to a nutritionist
who can tells them about the
food they should eat so as not to
suffer from a disease that could put their life at risk
